The ZRP stroker crankshaft for Opel 2.0L Z20 increases the capacity to 2.2L (87.0mm x 91.0mm). This is manufactured from aerospace grade 4340 solid billet steel and no compromises have been made to the quality of the material, in order to ensure the best possible product. This crankshaft designed carefully from our vast experience, to provide the best possible engine performance and the production process consist of very strict inspections to ensure that they have the best quality and tight tolerances for perfect fitment.The Opel crankshaft is fully balanced to 1gr.cm /- 0.1 using state of the art Sunnen machines, balance results report included. WARNING
The Opel 2.0l Stroker kit requires an “external crank speed sensor modification” in order to avoid clearance issues with the OEM internal trigger wheel and the rotating assembly.ZRP does not have any responsibility on this modification and should only be performed by skilled engine builders.
