TSR Performance requires a Service and Parts Advisor for our busy office based in Bridgwater, Somerset, 5 minutes from the M5 Motorway. As one of Europes best known VAG tuning and service operations our office environment is often fast paced and hugely varied in terms of our customers demands.
The job role will involve but not be limited to the following
- Dealing with clients who have their cars in for service work from the initial booking, welcoming them to the business on the day, keeping them informed at all stages whilst their car is in our care to the return of the vehicle on completion.
- Managing a service diary to assist in making sure the workshop is run to an optimum and efficient standard.
- Dealing with parts enquiries via telephone and our popular online ordering service. From taking the initial enquiry, payment and despatch.
- Organising required parts and items required for vehicles booked in for service as well as what becomes required whilst the car is in our care.

If you are we would love to hear from you! Current motor trade experience possibly an advantage however we can teach you to do the job but not to be the person whose capable of doing it! You would be working a long side our Technical and Development Manager on a daily basis with all of the support you require whilst learning some of the aspects of the role you may not be familiar with.
