By removing the original, restrictive catalytic converter located within the factory OEM downpipe and replacing it with a larger diameter pipe with a 200 cell free-flowing sports cat, back pressure is hugely reduced, which in return means faster response, increased power and a more aggressive exhaust note, whilst still passing emissions tests.

Made from high-quality stainless-steel, our sports cat downpipe measures 90mm directly from the turbo and after the cat gently tapers down to 76mm. The downpipe also includes bosses for the lambda sensors and a flexi-joint to ensure durability, as well as a decorative AIRTEC Motorsport plaque. The comprehensive kit also includes the correct connectors to marry up to the original exhaust system but also includes an adapter to fit aftermarket systems, making it the perfect solution to replace the OEM downpipe.
