Quaife limited slip differential for VW T5/T6 Transporter 6 Speed Manual Gearbox.
TSR have developed the QDF34R Quaife ATB Differential for those customers who are looking to improve the traction of their FWD Transporter based vehicles, our clients have mixed criteria as some are looking for improved towing capabilities by reducing wheelspin when pulling away from junctions with a heavily loaded trailer or caravan, some are looking for improved traction and turn in/drive through corners from their highly tuned Hybrid turbo equipped vehicles, whereas perhaps the largest customer base lies in the Adventure Van market.
We are seeing a rapid increase in customers who are using their vehicles in partial off-road conditions, but are often worried about venturing down loose surface trails in their vans however by adding our Quaife ATB diff drive is better balanced across the front wheels helping to maintain traction in poor conditions, couple this with offroad tyres (we highly recommend this) and the new found capabilities of your Transporter are quite surprising.
Ford have realised this exact market by releasing a factory spec'd Transit with a suspension lift kit, offroad tyres and importantly a Quaife diff, VW don't offer this option for the Transporter however we can now fill that void for you.
Fitting is available at our premises, booking required with an average lead time of 4-6 weeks to secure a booking slot, we will need the vehicle for 3 days to provide sufficient time for a post install road test and check over before sign off back to the customer.

A direct replacement for the standard open differential, the Quaife ATB differential transforms your vehicle’s performance.
Unlike a conventional plate-style limited slip differential, the Quaife ATB differential relies on gears rather than clutch plates for its operation. That means it is much smoother in operation.
TSR are the largest VAG distributor of Quaife products and run Quaife differentials and gearboxes in many of our own road and race cars.
The Quality of these products are second to none and this is also backed up by a limited lifetime warranty with all Quaife differentials.
If you are unsure of your fitment please supply us with your registration , chassis number or gearbox code with your order so we can check you have the correct part.

We also offer a full fitting service for all differentials , we can offer a fitment on a drive in drive out basis or fit to a loose gearbox for you to fit into the vehicle yourself.
Generally Quaife differentials are not supplied with any bearings or seals. You will also be able to find fitting kits available in our shop.
